Terms of Service for Keyzol Host

Welcome to Keyzol Host, a service of Keyzol Technologies LLC! These Terms of Service ("Terms", "ToS") constitute a legally binding agreement between Keyzol Technologies LLC ("Keyzol Host", "we", "us") and you ("Customer", "you"). These Terms govern your purchase and use of our web hosting, domain registration, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, or by purchasing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

1. Account & Registration Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Service Provision and Uptime

Keyzol Host will provide the Services according to the specifications of your selected hosting plan. We are committed to providing a reliable hosting environment and guarantee a 99.9% network uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance. In the event of scheduled maintenance, we will provide advance notice to you via email or through our client portal whenever feasible.

3. Billing, Payments, and Renewals

• Payment: All fees for the Services are due in advance of the service period. By providing a payment method, you expressly authorize us to charge you for the Services on a recurring basis.

• Renewals: To ensure uninterrupted service, all hosting plans are automatically renewed on their anniversary date (monthly or annually). It is your responsibility to ensure your payment information is up to date.

• Late Payments: Invoices not paid by the due date will be considered overdue. A late fee may be applied. Accounts that are overdue may be suspended. Accounts that are not paid within 30 days of the due date will be terminated, and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. We will provide you with at least 30 days' notice of any price changes before your next renewal.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your Services at any time by submitting a cancellation request through your client area. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must submit your cancellation request before your renewal date.

Payments for domain name registrations, transfers, and renewals are strictly non-refundable once the order has been processed.

5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

All Services provided by Keyzol Host must be used for lawful purposes only. Your use of the Services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), which is incorporated herein by reference. Any violation of the AUP will result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account without a refund.

6. Backups and Data Integrity

You agree to maintain your own backups of all your website and database content. While Keyzol Host maintains its own backups for server disaster recovery, these are not intended for individual customer use and we do not guarantee their availability or integrity. You are solely responsible for any and all data loss. We strongly recommend you create and maintain your own regular backup schedule.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Keyzol Host, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; personal injury or property damage; any unauthorized access to our servers; or any interruption or cessation of our services. The total aggregate liability of Keyzol Host in any event is limited to the total amount you have paid for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Keyzol Host and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of and access to the Services, or your violation of any term of this Agreement.

9. Changes to Terms

Keyzol Host reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
